Carter Con & Expo a Success

The Carter Con & Expo in Doswell, Virginia on September 12th was a hot but successful day for heavy machinery enthusiasts.  Hosted by Carter Machinery, the event included machine demonstrations, an operator challenge, lunch and fun prize giveaways.

Customers enjoyed time with the machines, small technology instruments and a rodeo demo at the Doswell site.  Team members from Trimble and Propeller Aero also demonstrated drone and GPS technology.

The Trimble booth indoors had hand-held technology and information on the new SiteVision.  This technology was recently introduced in Europe and will soon be available in the US.

The SITECH tent provided a shady respite dear the demo fields.

Customers from all over the Virginia territory showed up for the demonstrations and opportunity for time in the cab.

“Talking Trash” with SVSWMA

The SITECH MA team recently joined our Southwestern Virginia customers for a conference held in Pigeon Forge.  The Southwestern Virginia Waste Management Association celebrated 35 years of professional development with a 3-day event in the beautiful Smokey Mountains of Tennessee.

Travis Waller of SITECH, Shaun MacIntosh of Propeller Aero and Bob Hendrick of SITECH represented the SITECH booth for the event.

Presentations and classroom education were an essential component of the conference for accreditation.
