While training classes can be scheduled any time throughout the year, is there really ever a better time than the winter season?  Cold and dreary weather may slow down your job site, but it doesn’t have to stop your crews’ ability to learn and grow.

We can travel to the area and find accommodations that best suit your team.  This recent training was completed at the Caterpillar training campus in Clayton, NC.  With indoor classrooms, a large auditorium, and several food and beverage options, the Clayton facility is wonderfully hospitable home to learning.  Our SITECH MA guys can work with large and small groups indoors and out and meet the needs your company is looking for in education for your crew.

Does one-on-one work better for you?  Our GPS Specialists even take time to do solo work with crew members on platforms like Business Center and various utility and take-off programs.  This approach allows ample time for questions and explanations and works particularly well for new users and operators.

Cold Weather Calibration Time

It’s January, its the start of the New Year and it’s COLD.  Sounds like a good time to bring your laser in for calibration and service, doesn’t it?

Depending on the type of work you do and how often your laser is used, it may stay in correct calibration for long periods of time.  However, the calibration can be off it has been used in extreme temperature swings, been exposed to water or condensation or has been jilted or dropped.  Many companies find that their “slow season” brought on by cold or wet weather is good time to bring lasers in for service.  The SITECH MA rental department can even set you up with a service rental if you need one while yours is in the shop.  Our service team can also check your receivers and accessories and set you up with new items as needed.

With every new laser purchase and after each subsequent calibration, the SITECH MA service team will send a yellow card reminding you that it’s time for your yearly calibration.  Most clean and calibration service tickets cost less than $150.00 and are completed within a few days.  Our team can service all brands and types of lasers including rotating and pipe models.
