Southern Farm Show in Raleigh, NC

The cold temps couldn’t scare off the SITECH MA team or our valuable customers at the Southern Farm Show in Raleigh earlier this week.  Held at the NC Fairgrounds, the annual show is a great opportunity for customers to seek out agricultural solutions through machinery and technology.

Matt Schultz of Spectra Lasers joined our sales reps Vito Patierno and Michael Stellato for laser demonstrations and information.

Newly-hired Raleigh Showroom Administrator, Jamie Fore, joined Michael Stellato in coordinating her first SITECH conference event.

SITECH Mid-Atlantic Hosts Machine Control Event in Clayton

SITECH Mid-Atlantic recently hosted a machine control demo for its Central and Eastern North Carolina customers at Caterpillar Visitor’s Center in Clayton, North Carolina.  Customers were treated to free 2 day event which included on-site machine and classroom instruction.

Participants from all across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia attended the event.

Cold weather and even snow did not deter customers from testing out Trimble Earthworks on the Cat excavator.

Networking and information-gathering was an important aspect of the demo.

Customers had an opportunity for training on lasers and GPS equipment in one of Caterpillar’s outdoor areas.

Classroom instruction on Business Center and the use of various software and GPS tools was a strong goal of the demo event.

Machines were a big draw at the event with many customers waiting in sleet and falling temperatures to test Trimble Earthworks on Caterpillar’s large demo field.  Operators enjoyed the ease of use and ingenuity of this exciting new construction technology.
