SITECH Mid-Atlantic team members recently joined Carter Machinery for Faulconer Construction’s Employee Field Day. It was a cold but lovely Virginia day where many Faulconer employees enjoyed seeing and experimenting with new Trimble and Spectra products.
Michael Stellato and John Stellato, representing our Chesapeake office, spoke with Faulconer employees and answered questions about various instruments and programs including Trimble’s TSC7, Propeller Aero drones and the newest models of Spectra Lasers like the DG813 pipe laser.
Michael Carris, Trimble Product Manager, demonstrated the new Trimble SiteVision product. Launched in late 2019, SiteVision offers an augmented reality tool to the site project. Training is available on this new technology to your team.
SiteWorks was also a popular product of discussion along with other Trimble software products like Business Center and Trimble Stratus. Product demonstrations and training are available to all customers who purchase and want to learn more about these programs from our SITECH Mid-Atlantic staff.
Our SITECH Mid-Atlantic team had a great time at the Southern Farm Show this past week in Raleigh. The NC State Fairgrounds always has a great show full of wonderful exhibits and vendors. We made some new friends, met some cool new customers and had fun with our drone!

Gregory Poole Equipment Company hosted a CAT Next Gen demo event at the Caterpillar Visitor’s Center on October 2 – 3. SITECH Mid-Atlantic provided machine technology support and resources for demo attendees.
The heavy machinery demo included stick time on a CAT excavator fitted with Trimble Earthworks gear as well as other CAT integrated machines.
Sales, service and technical staff were on hand from SITECH Mid-Atlantic to demonstrate lasers, data collectors and other GPS equipment to customers.
Propeller Aero, partners with SITECH in drone technology, completed drone flights on site and set up demo events for interested customers. Trimble Status pairs with Propeller Aero to produce and process quick flight results.
Customers were also given an opportunity to refresh Business Center skills with the SITECH MA GPS team.
Trimble Earthworks GO! on a compact skid steer also attracted a lot of customer attention.
Fantastic photos from recent Trimble Earthworks installations on D6T machines in Fredericksburg, VA.
